Mel’s Holy Grill is a family-owned BBQ food truck business serving neighborhoods in Las Vegas and all surrounding areas of Nevada.
Our BBQ food truck specializes in creating a variety of barbeque from chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and ribs with a unique blend of Cajun herbs and spices. We focus on quality because we believe it is essential for our customers. We follow the 7 characteristics for good, smoked BBQ: tenderness, juiciness, smokiness, proper fat rendering, enhanced rub, good exterior bark, and firm texture. We believe that quality is critical to satisfying our customers and retaining their loyalty.
With my wife known to many as the Cajun Queen, we will be providing an array of seafood created with her own recipes, blends, and herbs from shrimp, crab legs, gumbo, jambalaya, crab boils, and much more! As the neighborhood chef and Cajun queen – this dynamic duo will provide Las Vegas with a very different experience.
Our Cajun style BBQ will be prepared and smoked with the finest cherry and apple wood to produce the best flavor that will be sufficiently above the rest!
